While referring to the -- not really 'organized' in the whole Organization --  Anonymous Collective/Family, as it's members refer to it, in general, I'm including people who wear masks and claim to be members of it and other people who embrace it and give voice to the Collective's messages or causes.

Last night I saw the video published on May 4, 2013 and titled "A Message to Anonymous" (Below) It echoed what I've experienced personally after having been subjected to very nasty bullying by people wearing Anonymous masks and their unmasked allies just for being a member of the #UniteBlue Community, which at the creation of an Advisory Board, one of it's members was an individual who had pleaded guilty to sex crimes and currently is awaiting sentencing.

It is another 'this is not much of a Diary' post, I just wanted to give anyone at the Daily Kos Community who may be insterested in continuing to be aware of these injustices or maybe get more involved, at least an opportunity to be aware that these tragedies continue unabated throughout the country and wishing that more than a few would sign the petition. Our long range hope is that in spite of the Latin-American community bitter cynicism and hurt (It can be perceived in Ruben Navarrete's piece), President Obama and progressive legislators who still have a soul, are reelected. There is much hope and fear that absent that, i.e. Romney and regressive legislators are reelected, we are left with not much else than prayers to alliviate the suffering.

To:  David Campos
From: Aurora Grajeda
Cc: Eric Mar, David Chiu, Christina Oleague, John Avalos, Mark Farrell, Carmen Chu, Jane Kim, Sean Elsbernd, Scott Wiener, Malia Cohen, Office of the City Attorney.

Good morning Supervisor Campos,

This email is a follow up to my approaching you to share my deep and urgent concerns on aspects of the Sheriff Mirkarimi's case, when you informed me of your inability to speak about it, but in terms of sharing my concerns to you, you also informed me that not only you'd listen to me, but urged me to do so, and that this goes for anyone else. Thank you.

As you may have noticed, a Cc of this email goes to each one of all of the other members of the Board of Supervisors and City Attorney Dennis Herrera's Office, there are many reasons for my doing so, but the most relevant are that in the event that you choose to honor my request and for it to be effective, it needs the support from the other Supervisors. It is intended to be Board's business and instead of repeating it to each one of them, I think we all will agree that it is better to do it all at once, in the open and be open about it to all. To that effect, this email will be made public.

On July 17, 2012, the Harvey Milk LGBT Dem Club, passed a resolution in support of the Mirkarimi family which I share with you below. I'm including comments I made last night after the hearing in an event created to support them, it is named "Yo le creo a Eliana - I believe Eliana"

Finally, Eliana is having her opportunity of telling her side of the story, this is something that San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, the Distric Attorney George Gascon, the City Attorney Dennis Herrera, didn't want to let it come out, they were terrified that their whole filthy, dirty, corrupt political lynching of an duly elected official be exposed to the general public. Well, it is out now and more people are seeing what we have seen from the beginning, what Ms. Linnetta Peralta Haynes referred as sounding 'fishy' and that the "United Parents Committee" Calls "A political lynching"

This is the second stinging Press Release by the United Parents Committee. It follows their first on Mon. Jul. 02, 2012  which was also very critical on how an 'alleged' instance of domestic violence is being used in another instance of SF's Power Broker, former Mayor Willie Brown, unduly influencing the Democratic Party 'Conservative' forces allied with the Local GOP Leaders, to consolidate political power by placing 'yes' officials, such as what Mayor Ed Lee is and what the overwhelmingly elected Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, will never be.

The reason why those of us who know, respect and support the Padres Unidos organization and the work it does, are not taken aback on their position in the case of Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi and should think of it as incongruent and possibly also contradictory to their pro-victims of domestic violence advocacy, is because we also know that their primary concern and focus is to assist the victim. By 'assist', it is meant to mean that they do preach and practice respect for the victims' basic civil rights as a person, namely, self-determination, to name the one in top of the list.

San Francisco CA, July 5, 2012

The outrage at how "Ethical" SF Mayor Edwin M. (Emperor) Lee has wasted at least a million dollars, and counting, of hard-earned taxpayers' money in an inquisition-style persecution of recently elected Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi of San Francisco, has generated the emergence of an organic growth effort to pay the travel expenses of Eliana Lopez-Mirkarimi from Venezuela, to take the witness stand and testify on July 18, 2012 in front of the San Francisco Ethics Commission, after corrupt San Francisco Mayor Edwin M. Lee, has repeatedly insisted that the city should not pay (Approx. $1500.00) for Eliana's trip, even so his Ethics Commission is paying for the expenses of the 'experts' they will be bringing before them the hear them say why the Sheriff can not function as Sheriff because...

On Monday June 4, 2012, Newly elected San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi and former member of the Board of Supervisors, attended the monthly meeting of The Parents United Committee (The Committee), in response to an invitation to come, speak and answer questions from its members regarding his conviction on a plea bargain for the false imprisonment of his wife, Eliana Lopez, stemming from a over blown marital incident on Dec. 31, which was morphed into a Domestic Violence (DV) incident by the 'Powers that be' and the local media.

A sentence was imposed and subsequently, SF "Ethical" Mayor Edwin M. (Emperor) Lee, asked the Sheriff to resign. The Sheriff refused. The Mayor, under his mayoral discretion, suspended him without pay and submitted charges of "Official Ethical Misconduct" Against him with the SF Ethics Commission, asking for his removal and permanently barring him from ever holding public office. It continues to be the ugly mess in which it started, where the players in his persecution, more like an inquisition, are themselves more and more under the public scrutiny following the beginning of the changing tide in public perception of the case as the result of more and more people getting better informed of the real issues, changing their very negative perception of it created by most of the local media in what has been a distorted grotesque media frenzy spectacle which has caused tremendous pain, suffering and damage.

With the yardstick we measure, all of us shall be measured, unless...

... cooler heads prevail by putting a stop to this real life charade and travesty of justice that while allegedly upholding ethical behavior and fighting domestic violence (DV), obviously we are not, because if we are talking about ethical behavior in public officials in a fair and just manner, and implement corrective/preventive actions and measures, these should be equally applied if, when and where needed, as we very much should always at least strive to do; then, under these qualifiers, this is not being followed in the San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi case thus, the expectations are not, and will not be met.

Poll

The process, as it is being followed in the prosecution of SF Sheriff Mirkarimi, is it a fair and just one and the Sheriff should be permanently removed and barred from ever holding public office again? (That's what SF Mayor Lee wants)

In order to understand and put in the proper context this sordidly un-American circus-style brouhaha in beautiful San Francisco, one must go into the roles that the visible players, the ones in the background, the authorities and the local media have played in what The New America Media likened to a 'Shakesperian drama'. also, it is necessary to delve a bit on what has transpired in our city's body-politic over the last few years.

At first glimpse, it seems like a run-of-the-mill domestic violence (DV) story of an overblown domestic incident involving prominent people in 'political-correct' San Francisco; but, as the wise saying goes, that "Nothing really is what it seems to be"
What follows is part one of a narrative-analysis of this case:

This was the answer that the employee of Cole Fox Hardware store on 70 4th Street in San Francisco gave me after I said: There is a wise saying "You get what you pay for", actually what he said was: There is another saying "American Workers shouldn't expect to earn $1,000,000.00 an hour"
