have been diagnosed by a doctor as celiac or gluten intolerant.
have diagnosed myself based on observation about foods I consume and symptoms they cause.
am gluten-free because I think it is healthier overall to eat less gluten, but I am not certain whether I am gluten intolerant.
try to limit my gluten or grain intake because I think it is healthier overall to eat less grains.
have no issues with gluten and consume as much wheat, rye, and barley as I wish.
have no issues with gluten and I don't think you do, either.
want pie, wheat crust and all.
