So in return
Scientist guts Rand Paul on fish study
Yeah Big Dummy (again) Rand Paul didn't even get the fish's name correct. He thought the study was done on goldfish but it was done on golden shiner fish and involved many aspects of fish behavior we can use to make better robots at a lower cost among other things.
According to a science professor who was involved in the studies
Princeton science professor Iain Couzin told POLITICO. “He’s done some serious cherry-picking here. That’s one study, we’ve had a series of studies that have taken many years.”

The studies can help us figure out how fish with small brains and ants too can do truely remarkable things without much processing power.
We can lead the way in finding out how these creatures have survived millions of years (longer than mankind) and help us reduce the size and costs of equipment far beyond the costs of this research. Now if Rand Paul had his way we would let another country do the research and make the best robots.
I can understand where this study is not something Rand Paul would know much about and reading it would take to much of his time. It does show how much time he invests in learning about something before trash talking about it. Given that, I think everyone should be less inclined to consider him any type of an expert on any subject he claims to know about.
