For the the third day in a row, 300,000 West Virginia citizens are unable to use their water because of a chemical spill that occurred on Thursday.

Also, for those who haven't been following, the water ban is for all uses except FLUSHING. That means no bathing, washing, laundery, no wate rfor your pets ....
