Every morning when I get up one of the first things I do is to check my emails. Of course, I'm looking for emails that are relevant to my life, but instead I find a flood of new emails from every candidate, running in every district, and in every state in the country, asking me to "chip in" to offset the Koch Brothers or other right wing funding groups because the Democrats could win if I only "chip in" $3 or $4 or $5 dollars. Usually I just delete them because I only donate to groups that are pertinent to my life, for instance Planned Parenthood, however since they still keep coming I decided to take some time and compose an appropriate response based on my number one issue that will determine how and who I vote for in 2014 and 2016. Yes I'm aware that most will never reach the candidate, but someone has to read them to see if you donated and who knows maybe someone will take it to the Democratic candidate and say, "maybe this woman has a point". I'm not Pollyannaish and understand that most will get deleted by the staff, but you never know, you might get lucky. So for your consideration here is my letter to all Democratic candidates. I don't respond to Republican candidates because I've determined that the Fox Kool-Aid they've been drinking for all these years has built up and un-penetrable immunity to reason and facts.

TO THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY:
Until I see a priority that follows my views on the banking system all the rest of your provided issues are just distractions: Here is what I want to have happen to secure my vote for all Democrats. Of course this will take a show of courage that so far I haven't seen from any Democrats outside of Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. In fact as far as I can tell the only testosterone present in the Senate or Congress is on the Republican side which has way too much of the stuff. I have never seen such wimps as the Democrats sitting in the Congress. It seems sad to me that the one Democrat that has the balls to take on the ONE issue that is the core of all the problems in this country is Senator Elizabeth Warren. The rest of you guys seem to be gutless wonders.
So here is my answer to your ENDLESS email's asking for money from me to support Democratic candidates. When I see bankers, and in specific bank CEO's like Brian Moynihan at Bank of America; Jamie Dimon at JP Morgan Chase; Vikram Pandit at Citigroup; John G. Stumpf of Wells Fargo; Stuart Gulliver at HSBC; Carlos Davila at USBankCorp; William S. Demchak at PNC Financial Services Group Inc.; Gerald L. Hassell at Bank of New York Mellon; Richard D. Fairbank at Capital One Financial Services Corp; Ed Clark at TD Bank Corp being frog marched out of their Wall Street offices and off to prison then I'm not willing to help the Democrats do anything. Protecting these criminals at the banks is not just something Republicans do, Democrats are just as guilty.
President Obama, in his first year in office, had the choice between accepting the counsel of Robert Rubin, who advocated for "biblical punishment" for the Banking executives and Timothy Geithner, who advocated for continued bailouts to the banks by allowing them to borrow money at 0% interest from the taxpayers, and he chose Geithner. My choice then and it is now, "biblical punishment" for all the bankers named above. I suggest you Democrats would do well by looking back into history and taking a lesson from President Teddy Roosevelt andor President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and attacking and destroying the Oligarchy that you've helped to create.
If Democrats campaign against the banks I would put up money on 2014 for changing the House to Democratic control and again in 2016 for a complete landslide for the Democrats in that election. Now all you have to do is show the citizens in this country that you are willing to take down the "Robber Barron's" like James "Jamie" Dimon, who absolutely belongs in prison, then you'll have the grassroots behind you.
Here is my Constitutional Amendment that will garner my support from anyone who proposes it.
We the people of the United States do hereby resolve that all National Banks considered "too big to fail" be immediately and forever nationalized by the United States Government. Be it further resolved that the Federal Reserve System, currently owned and operated by these same National Banks, be forever dissolved as a private enterprise and become an agency of the United States Government accountable to the people of these United States. This agency shall be a cabinet level position and accountable directly to the President of the United States.

Why is this important?
We have all watched as the banks commonly referred to as "too big to fail" have taken over our economy, stolen our homes through illegal foreclosures, destroyed people’s lives by their "casino" like behaviors, and above all created debt for our children through gambling losses commonly referred to as credit default swaps. As Americans now recognize that financial institutions can no longer be trusted with their most common defense against increased regulation, “we will police ourselves through our inherent code of ethics”.
The only code of ethics that Wall Street has is the extraction of wealth from all who make the mistake of trusting them, especially the poor and middle class families who have not only lost their homes, but their hard earned pensions so that bank CEO's like the Brian Moynihan at Bank of America; Jamie Dimon at JP Morgan Chase; Vikram Pandit at Citigroup; John G. Stumpf of Wells Fargo; Stuart Gulliver at HSBC; Carlos Davila at USBankCorp; William S. Demchak at PNC Financial Services Group Inc.; Gerald L. Hassell at Bank of New York Mellon; Richard D. Fairbank at Capital One Financial Services Corp; Ed Clark at TD Bank Corp, can become even wealthier.
The top ten banks that are defined as too big to fail will again cause us taxpayers to bail them out if we don't stop their madness NOW. They learned nothing from 2008 and continue the same unethical practices today, just more quietly. In 2011 the top 1% took home 121% of all real income in this country which means we the people lost 21% of our income so they could get richer. Do you think that’s fair, I sure don't?
We as a people must band together to stop the plunder of our country and our personal savings. It’s up to us so please sign our petition and together we can end the insanity of bankers making sometimes 200, 300, or 400 times what normal people earn. Are they worth that much compensation? You decide!
