Now I can talk about my source of continued frustration: the Associated Press results vs. the State Board of Election results.
As of 8:00 AM EST, AP has this:

George Allen * (R) 1,162,717 49.3
Glenda Parker (IG) 26,048 1.1
Key: * Incumbent | Winner

The Virginia SBE has this:
Precincts Reporting: 2437 of 2443 (99.75%)
Registered Voters: 4,555,672 Total Voting: 2,361,441 Voter Turnout: 51.84 %
Candidates Party Vote Totals Percentage
J H Webb Jr Democratic 1,170,686 49.58%
G F Allen Republican 1,162,327 49.22%
G G Parker Independent Green 26,098 1.11%
Write Ins 2,330 0.10%

The VA results are as of 3:51 am.
I'm cautioning people about using the AP results. The SBE has a higher number for Webb and if their results are more recent, I don't know how a candidate loses votes.
If anyone is close to the actual counting proces, I'd be grateful for some insight. Use this as a discussion thread for everything VA.
