So, color me completely confused. Is this a victory that the SC ruled most of Obamacare constitutional?
I noticed that a key part of the law was struck down, the medical expansion ruling that states had to accept an expansion of medical or lose additional federal funding.
Please, explain this to me?
How will this affect Obama's re-election chances?
Will this polarize the liberal base or just provide a straw man for the conservatives?
