Obama's agreement to surrender chained CPI to the Republicans caused a lot of heartburn on the left side of the political spectrum. The Obamacare mandate on employers to provide health care for people who work 30 hours/week is causing people who work 30-40 hours/week to lose hours at work -- guess how they're voting in 2014. (I diaried on this yesterday).
The so-called "pures" are upset with Obama. So am I -- I'm glad he won only because it kept a sociopath out of the White House and the world is dangerous enough already. This is also the season for recruiting candidates to run in 2014 and 2016.
So, are there any good, progressive candidates seeking nomination in 2014 or 2016 with a credible shot at victory on Election Day?
