I got this from Rawstory:
The family of this gentleman is suing as well they should after he died while in police custody.
Why did he die?
He was hit with a taser up to 13 times as it was used as a cattle prod.
Luckily the police officers have been fired because they are clearly a menace to society.
Unfortunately, one of them is black.
Luckily the local police chief called in the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigations).
This is an account from the local news:
Gregory Towns was apprehended by East Point police after a foot chase. He was under suspicion of domestic abuse. The police gave chase. He gave up. He was handcuffed but was tired after prolonged exertion. The officers used their tasers on him up to 13 times according to the taser discharge log.
This is against Georgia and federal procedure.
His death is ruled a homicide by the medical examiner due to the use of taser stuns after physical exertion.

From another kossack
11:14 AM PT: To clarify, I think it is unfortunate that a black man in law enforcement, abused another Blackman under color of law. There is a long unfortunate history of black vs black violence that I am not qualified to discuss.
