I didn’t see one of these threads so I decided to start one.
My experience was (thankfully) uneventful. I had planned to vote tonight (love having the polls open until 9!) but I woke up early and couldn’t get back to sleep, so I decided to go vote this morning.
I was # 54 on the Democratic side at my precinct in Nassau County. It was my first time at this polling place, which was conveniently a 5 minute walk from my house, but I had no problems with my registration.
My only complaint is that polling places in New York seem not to have “I Voted” stickers. Also, the way the polling place was set up, there was not a lot of privacy. The way you feed your paper ballot into the machine, the guy telling you what to do could see it if he wanted to.
+1 for Bernie!
No matter who you are voting for, good luck, and remember to vote for the delegates as well as the candidate.
