OK, we can’t hold back the dawn. That (blankity-blank) day is approaching fast — too fast! Most of us would like to ignore it. Many of us will try to deny it. We know that’s not possible, but I’m certain many of you have plans to lessen the pain.
- What’s your “medicine” of choice:
- Demonstrate?
- Drink? — way too obvious?
- Smoke, those little twisted “cigarettes?
- Binge watch — what’s your preference?
- Read a long, long book you’ve promised to indulge in for years?
- Eat your way through the day — poison of choice?
- Go shopping?
- Find a quiet wooded area where you will blend in with nature
- Sleep?
- Jog your way to oblivion?
- Watch reruns of football games both college and pro?
Or,
- Will you break down and watch Agent Orange gloat his way through the day?
